The first level is provided by Chengdu Azure New Energy Co. Azure has 2 full-time after-sales engineers, all of whom have been professionally trained by the French factory, and can provide users with fast 24-hour response service, with the ability to guide the installation, debugging, and replacement of pump spare parts. At the same time, Eurostar also has common spare parts in stock, such as bearings, dry air seals, etc., to provide users with a full range of services.
The second level is provided by CRYOSTAR Hangzhou, which has 9 full-time after-sales service engineers, 3 full-time staff in charge of spare parts sales and maintenance, and a spare parts warehouse with a value of 3 million euros in Hangzhou. All engineers have been specially trained in the French factory and have already worked on domestic projects. The Hangzhou workshop also has a cryogenic test bench for testing cryogenic pumps after repair/maintenance, and is the only company amongst the mainstream imported manufacturers to have a test bench and spare parts warehouse in China.
The third level is provided by CRYOSTAR France, which provides the most authoritative and comprehensive service for users, and also holds occasional trainings for customers.
CRYOSTAR China has sufficient spare parts resources worth about 3 million euros, and can do spare parts inventory according to customer's requirements, and at the same time have enough stock for regular spare parts.
